(Yehuda Penn was born in Novoaleksandrovsk (Zarasai, Lithuania) and was killed in Vitebsk in Belarussia in 1937. In 1870's he worked as a shop sign painter in Dvinsk, in 1880's he studied in the Art Academy in St. Petersburg, in 1887-1900 he frequently resided and painted in Krustpils (Kreutzburg) in Latvia.Books for sale)
